Shipping policy

  1. How do I qualify for free freight? Spend $89 or more and Free freight is available on orders that weigh less than 22kg to postcodes in the Hunter and Sydney area, those postcodes are detailed below. this does not include products that are Bulky which often weigh more than the 22kg, or livestock, fresh and or frozen products that cannot be shipped via our normal carriers.
  2. Do you charge for domestic shipping? Freight rates are charged per order and are calculated on the volume and weight of the products. Freight rates are displayed at checkout.
  3. Do you ship internationally? We do not currently ship internationally.
  4. When will I receive my order? Domestic orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. After that, it depends on the carrier, and while our system can generate the estimated time for delivery in business days, this is not a service guarantee. 
  5. How do I track my order? You can track your order using the Tracking number provided to you. Your order will be delivered during working hours to the delivery address specified by you at the time of placing your order.
