Proudly owned and operated by locals! We opened our first store in Glendale in 2011, and have since grown to seven stores across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley. The bloke who opened our first store is still managing the business.

We're big on range and variety, but we're HUGE on customer service. Our friendly staff are happy to spend time with you to ensure that we can provide you with the right products and advice so that you and your pet enjoy your life together.

We Support Rescue

We partner closely with local pet charities like Hunter Animal Rescue, and we are big advocates of pet rescue and adoption. In some stores we foster cats and kittens who are available for adoption through a variety of local cat rescue organisations.

We pride ourselves on stocking a wide variety of brands and products so that when you shop with us you can be confident you will find what you're looking for! And if in the unlikely event you can't find it, we'll happily special order for you!
