How we are helping you:

  1. Significantly increasing store cleaning and sanitising schedules
  2. Following rigorous hand hygiene both with hand washing and use of hand sanitiser
  3. Practicing social distancing of 1.5m as recommended by the government with both other staff and customers
  4. Providing a zero physical contact car boot delivery service
  5. Ensuring staff stay at home if feeling even mildly unwell
  6. Restricting purchases to EFTPOS, credit card, Afterpay and Zip Pay to minimise physical contact

How you can help us:

  1. DO NOT VISIT OUR STORES IF YOU FEEL UNWELL IN ANY WAY
  2. Respect and cooperate with staff by practicing 1.5m social distancing
  3. Avoid excess physical contact by calling 1300 583 555 if you need to ask pet related questions. Our staff will be delighted to assist you over the phone
  4. DO NOT VISIT our stores in groups of more than 2 PEOPLE. Please DO NOT VISIT WITH CHILDREN unless it is unavoidable
  5. 'Just browsing'? PLEASE STAY HOME. Protect yourself and others. If you need to visit to purchase, please keep your time in store to a minimum
  6. Please DO NOT TOUCH shop fittings or items other than those you intend to purchase
  7. Please DO NOT TOUCH FISH TANKS. Our fish don't need to be overexposed to the chemicals we need to use to sanitise our store
  8. Our staff have been instructed to ask any customer not respecting these guidelines to leave the store
